If you already have a full understanding of your hip pain and a complete set of tools that let you to do more with less hip pain then don't change what you are doing. Stick to what works for you.This course is focused on building an understanding of your hip pain and an understanding of the evidence based tools that can help you to do more with less pain. These tools have been proven to work for 1000s of people and continue to keep my own hip pain settled.This course is not some "hack" or "trick" course. It's focused on building a resilient set of tools to help you do more with less hip pain.

No. While this course has helpful evidence based tips, it's not intended to replace a hip consultation specific to your needs. This course is intended to show you how to use a proven tools to improve your hip pain and to do more.
